Hi Wilma, I spoke with my service manager to see about why it took so long. He did the right thing about calling us to get set up but we were lagging in service time because we had a few Mopar techs out sick. This put us down to one tech working on Mopar vehicles at the time. Also, it took about three days to get parts. We want to make this up to you, please except one free oil change at your next visit. Currently we are having 3 technicians instead of 5, that makes a huge difference.
