The quick lube took almost 3 hours to service my truck. Showed up before they opened and was like the 3rd or 4th car in line and still took almost 3 hours. I was told I would be informed of progress and get an estimate for work being done when I dropped my vehicle off. I was not kept informed and did not receive an estimate until 10 days after drop off.
