I had an 8 o’clock appointment this morning for a recall repair on my jeep renegade. The letter I received from Jeep and the phone call with the service manager indicated that the repair would take about tw repair on my jeep renegade. The letter I received from Jeep and the phone call with the service manager indicated that the repair would take about two hours. I planned to wait on site until the repair was completed. When I showed up this morning, I was told it would take 4 to 6 hours to complete the job.I was also told that there were no loaner cars available. So I left and will take my business elsewhere. More

Wow. We dropped off our car the night before and the next day never received a phone call that the car was done. Went over there before their posted closing time and they had closed early. Dealt with a Sales Manager at the lot who was rude and wouldn't let me take my car which caused work problems the next day. Later that day, we got an auto response text telling us we didn't drop off the car! Went over Monday morning to speak to the service team. Only thing that made this a 2 star review rather than a one star was dealing with Q was a delight. He was apologetic and helpful. The other lady behind the desk acted like she didn't care. We left the car to be fixed and that seemed to have gone well. Again, Q saved our experience. Thankful that he's there. I know they've experienced a lot of turnover lately, but that's no excuse to good communication. More
