We were given an estimate of $500 for a full transmission service over the phone. The appt was scheduled for 7/19 at 11am and it was know that we would wait for completion. Three hours later, the truck had n service over the phone. The appt was scheduled for 7/19 at 11am and it was know that we would wait for completion. Three hours later, the truck had not been moved and the manager told us that they were understaffed and would not have time to service us this date. After missing work, arranging transportation for the 40 minute drive to and from the dealership two days in a row and a 3 hours wait on the 19th, we were charged over $1300 for a transmission service and an oil change. We found this to be excessive even with the 10% discount we requested. In addition, we were then charged an extra 3% fee for paying with a card! This truck was a new purchase at Parkway and has always been serviced here, along with our other vehicles. We've been very loyal. This experience was offensive, frustrating and very disappointing.
