I had a warranty I bought when I bought my vehicle from another dealership. (who assured me I could use it at another authorized repair place). Parkway never contacted the warranty co. i had a 9:00am appointment, i was there and had my truck inside the building at 8:45. the appointment was for the recall for the e-brake wiring. i decided to have "the works" service done at the same time inside the building at 8:45. the appointment was for the recall for the e-brake wiring. i decided to have "the works" service done at the same time. instead of doing the recall work first, they moved my truck over to the oil change area and do the oil change first. after doing that they parked my truck outside and forgot about it. at 4:15 i called to check if it was done. the woman i talked to said she would have someone call me , nobody called. earlier in the day my wife saw a text saying if we had any questions to text qq, so she sent a text asking where is my truck? that`s when she was told it was forgotten. the next morning i got a call from qq stating that my truck was done. when i asked what took so long , he said that they were short on manpower and that the service dept. was over booked. when more than one person tries to explain a problem, they should get their stories strait. Had an appointment on 9/13/23 which was scheduled in 8/25/23. Took one full day to get warranty authorization. Dealership didn't have the correct part. I called numerous times for an update and because my assigned service representative was not in, I received no return phone call. I was transferred to the service manager and left a voice message. No return call. When my assigned representative returned to work (9/19/23) he informed me that they had the correct part and the work would be completed within a few days. I can't fault the service rep (Latrell), but the communication by others was non-existent. The completed work was fine, but there was a disconnect on keeping me informed of unexpected delays. Other prior services I have had performed were good and communication was fine. This time, I was very disappointed. More
They always work with me to have a special oil filter in stock ahead of time so I don't have to wait as long.
