I purchased a set of tires recently and the back passenger tire's lug nuts were not tightened. I saw one of the nuts on my driveway and realized then that two nuts were gone. The rest of the nuts passenger tire's lug nuts were not tightened. I saw one of the nuts on my driveway and realized then that two nuts were gone. The rest of the nuts were only hand tightened. I'm glad I did not loose this tire on the freeway, could have caused a bad accident! More

Called in to schedule service on my daughters car for a recall. Service was able to be scheduled quickly to work around her being home from college.
