Some good some bad The good - They fixed my problem. The service guy, Rico Contini , that worked with me was great. He went out of his way to see that I was satisfied. Every person that I came into contact with at the dealership was polite and accommodating. The 4 star rating I gave was only because of the bad listed below. The bad - I told the dealership that I would wait on the repair. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. I waited over 3 hours then went to ask how much longer only to find out they had not even started the repair yet. They then gave me a loaner car. I had an extended warranty with a $50 deductible but when I paid the bill they had charged me $100. The next day I ask them about that and they corrected the mistake and returned $50. More
