When enquiring on status was treated very apologetic for the delay by Amanda. The loner provided was a very nice vehicle and Rico was very helpful in explaning some of the loner details. Hopefully this brings some valuable experience and information for future issues of this nature. Thank you to the service manager or who was responsible for waving the cost of the repairs. Problem with 8.4" Display I was experiencing an incremental problem with the display zoning out on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The radio and touch screen features all worked yet, j I was experiencing an incremental problem with the display zoning out on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The radio and touch screen features all worked yet, just the display picture would go to grey then fade out completely. After the car sits a few hours and warms up, the display will work fine again. The service department updated the software and so far it has been working well. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We leased my wife's 2017 Jeep Cherokee from another dealer (that won't happen again) and always bring it to Parkway for ant and all service too. More

Not trust worthy They don’t know how to fix anything properly and they charge for stuff they have damaged or lost or was the reason it needed to be replaced and as soo They don’t know how to fix anything properly and they charge for stuff they have damaged or lost or was the reason it needed to be replaced and as soon as they do one service job your back in the next day to have them fix something else that supposedly had nothing to do with the other service but the odd thing is the past 3 times they have touched my car what is the coincidence that had to return the very next day for something else hmmmm. Ok maybe after once but continued three times in a row pretty suspicious And when I say the next day I really do mean the very next day. You seem to leave there with less car than you brought it in with pretty fishy More
