Nope. I don’t have the time or desire to write about my bad experience but since I can’t “not recommend” without 25 characters here’s the short story. T I don’t have the time or desire to write about my bad experience but since I can’t “not recommend” without 25 characters here’s the short story. They tried to charge me for a tire patch—not a clue where this came from. Tire pressure light was not on, not what we brought our car in for and had no tire issues. Then were extremely rude saying “I guess you’re getting a free tire patch”. Charged me $118 to diagnose the check engine light—not what we initially brought the car in for but it had come on so I added it to the list. Light was OFF at the time we dropped it off a few days later and it was mentioned on the overnight drop off envelope. We had been in contact a lot the day of repairs so I’m really just frustrated about the severe lack of communication. Had been in contact with a few people by phone and email and after expressing my concerns about this charge, even volunteering to pay for half and was told “I'm sure this will get sorted out and you are taken care of” but not surprisingly they changed their tune when I was unable to go the weekend without my car and paid and picked it up. They got their money so they’re not interested in making it right now. Got a phone call this morning explaining, none of which actually addressed my concerns and when I replied she said “Oh I’m sorry I can’t hear you”. Still waiting on a call back.....I won’t hold my breath. These are only a few issues from only one of our visits here. This is the same dealership that I used to change the brakes on my car. Less than 6 weeks later I heard grinding. Stupid me thought it was just a chunk of ice in the wheel well—eventually took it back in a few weeks later and the car needed BRAKES. When I questioned why I would need 2 sets of brakes in a 2-month period I was told it was “the way I drove”. 😳 My trust should have been gone at that point. They’re shady. On a side note—if anyone knows of a good, trustworthy mechanic with decent communication skills I’m in the market. More

I was greeted with friendly smiles and connected to the sales representative in a timely manner. The sales representative was friendly and not pushy at all. He listened attentively to my needs and description of what I was looking for. He provided me the options that made my decision easier to make. The financial representative was very kind, thorough, and efficient. The representative who set me up with the Ford app on my phone was also friendly and walked me through the steps to take advantage of the app. I left feeling very happy with my decision to lease the Ford Escape. More
