Quality work, very poor process with communication & billing I took my truck in for 4 recalls to be fixed and an oil change. I was contacted on Friday letting me know there were 2 additional sensors which would I took my truck in for 4 recalls to be fixed and an oil change. I was contacted on Friday letting me know there were 2 additional sensors which would need replaced and I would have to pay for those. The cost was unknown but it would be north of $800. I gave the go ahead and he said my truck would be done sometime on Friday. My truck was not done Friday so I called Saturday morning. The technician I spoke to said they would definitely have it done by 3pm but probably closer to 1pm. At 2:30 I had not heard anything so I called again. I was told they forgot about my truck and were going to stay late so they would finish. When I picked it up at 3:40, I got a bill for $45. I notified them I had been told I would need to pay for some sensors. They said everything was covered under warranty. I left and received a call Monday notifying me a mistake was made and I would need to come back in and pay for the sensors. I explained I have a bill that says those things were covered under warranty. I went in and met with Q which he did the best he could with the bill but still had to pay a significant amount for something I was told was covered under warranty. More

Repair Tailgate Switch Dropped F-150 in to have tailgate switch repaired. Further investigation revealed corroded wire harness.
