Brakes and Tires Less than Quoted Had rear brakes done, 4 new tires with balancing and alignment all in about 3 hours or so on my Ford Escape. Picked up the freshly washed vehicle and Had rear brakes done, 4 new tires with balancing and alignment all in about 3 hours or so on my Ford Escape. A Few Challenges The diagnosis of the problem seemed to go well. The 4WD was repaired - unfortunate that it needed to be done on such a new truck. But the $450 part The diagnosis of the problem seemed to go well. The 4WD was repaired - unfortunate that it needed to be done on such a new truck. But the $450 part was defective and needed to be replaced. The belt on the truck has been replaced 3 times in just one year. While the belt price was refunded - I have to explain that the cost of the labor should also be taken care of by the Service Department. After several explanations, the Service Manager agreed. Lastly, the cap for the outside mirror was lost during the service and never located. I have to find that part on-line, and replace myself. More

Could have been really bad While the service was quick and the staff friendly, small things really do matter. My wife was returning home from Dover on 77 when the hood came up. While the service was quick and the staff friendly, small things really do matter. My wife was returning home from Dover on 77 when the hood came up. Thank God the safety latch prevented it from smashing back through the windshield. We all know what could have happened. Quick is great but when it prevents a small thing like checking to make sure the hood is completely latched shut its not really good for anyone. More
