2012 Chrysler Touring I felt like an old woman being “hosed” and at “THEIR” mercy!!! I got charged $118.xx just for tow truck to dropped off my car, without even looking at I felt like an old woman being “hosed” and at “THEIR” mercy!!! I got charged $118.xx just for tow truck to dropped off my car, without even looking at it or figuring out what the problem was. Cost me over $800 to get a alternator replaced & ANOTHER $219.00 elsewhere to rent a car for 4 days until I got my car back because they didn’t have one for me at this HUGE lot. Rico was very nice, friendly & sympathic to my situation, but there is nothing he can do about cost & labor. So NO, I would not recommend Parkway if your a single, older woman with a limited income & in need your car! More
