Good customer service, but lack of loaner cars It would be great if there were more loaner cars to give out when having service done. If my family didn’t happen have an extra vehicle at the moment It would be great if there were more loaner cars to give out when having service done. If my family didn’t happen have an extra vehicle at the moment I would of had to rent one for a week while my Jeep was waiting to get in to be looked at and fixed. There was a waiting list for loaner cars & one wouldn’t of been available until after my Jeep was ready to be picked up!! That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me knowing that there are a lot of people that use this facility for service on their vehicles. More
