Return visit for same part I was there in July to have a part replaced because it kept my Jeep from shifting out of park. The part apparently was put in wrong & caused the Jeep I was there in July to have a part replaced because it kept my Jeep from shifting out of park. The part apparently was put in wrong & caused the Jeep to not start a couple months later so I had to go in to have it put in correctly. Because of this I missed work, which I never do unless I have vacation scheduled & lost my holiday pay. So I was not very happy with the fact that this is a well known dealership & the service is supposed to be top notch. More

Professional and friendly service. I took my Lincoln MKS in after being on a road in the PA Mtns that was rocky and rough. Jerry and the crew at Parkway Quick Lane identified the problem in minutes, had to order the part, but then 2 days later replaced the 'skid plate', washed my vehicle while I waited, all with great courtesy. Cost for both 20 minute visits together was extremely reasonable. Experience could not have been better. More

Vacation breakdown We were traveling home to near Buffalo from vacation and our truck developed a coolant leak. I stopped in without calling and this place stepped up bi We were traveling home to near Buffalo from vacation and our truck developed a coolant leak. I stopped in without calling and this place stepped up big time. They fit us in to an already packed schedule to look at what the problem may be. I had no expectations that if it was more than a loose clamp they would be able to fix us that day. We ended having a bad water pump and not only did they get it fixed that day the people there went out of their way to make an unfortunate situation for us extremely tolerable. Huge shout out to Q for taking care of us. I cannot say enough positive about our experience. Service people and sales people alike saw my family sitting in the lounge and came over throughout the day make sure we were all set and to see if we needed anything. The dealership lent us a vehicle to use so we could get lunch and get out of the dealership for a little while. At the end of the day we had multiple people offer to get it s food for dinner before they went home for the night. When we were leaving at the end of the day my wife and I could not believe the incredible experience that we had. The only complaint that I have is that WE don't live closer to Parkway to give them our business more. In my opinion all Dealerships should aspire to have the level of service and compassion that is shown at Parkway More
