A Widow’s first time experience in purchasing a new car. My late husband and I always purchased our cars together during our 43 year marriage. When the time came for me to purchase a new automobile by myself, I actually was terrified. I calmly walked onto the lot at Parkway, Ford Lincoln, strolled through the cars, looking for a Ford fusion. When I was satisfied that I needed help, I walked into the dealership and found Josiah Sparling. He graciously asked if he could be of help and what was I looking for, and so the conversation began. As Josiah spoke to me, he looked me straight in the eye. I was impressed with this mannerism; I was immediately comfortable with him and felt that he truly had my best interest In mind. We went back out onto the lot, Josiah had keys in hand; we got into two different fusions. He explained the difference to me in the trim packages. This is something I was unaware of, and so he made them very clear to me; helping me to understand what I really wanted in a car. Knowing my exact choice was not On the lot, we went back inside and he soon located a car for me. A few days later he called and said my fusion had been delivered. When I arrived at Parkway, my car was inside, clean, and ready for me to drive out. I then met Ron Cihon Who completed the business end of the deal, explaining the purchase price, and the extended warranty. He graciously understood my age, and sold me the extended warranty which I chose. Josiah then sat in my car with me, explaining all of the technology available and how it works. I forgot to mention that he also came to my home, picked me up, returned me to the dealership so that I could bring my car home as I am passing my 2010 Fusion on to a family member. I was extremely impressed with Josiah‘s and Ron’s business manner. They both treated me as a valued customer, rather than an aged member of society who does not matter, which is so often the case with young associates today. Many thanks to Josiah Sparling and Ron Cihon I will highly recommend Them and Parkway, Lincoln Ford. More

Blamed I was charged $108 dollars for a rep to tell me nothing about what the problem was or how to get it fixed. I was blamed for the problem. Said I did not have an oil change in over 7k miles. I had it done by valvoline less than 3k miles ago. I will not go back to the service department again because they charged me $140 to put 2 new valve stems in my tires. Very dissatisfied with service. More
