Splendid Service The Parkway Staff really went out of their way to make me and my son feel at home. Age appropriate television for my three year old was a nice touch. You don’t usually equate getting your oil changed with a three year old in tow as a good time, but I enjoyed myself. First time service I have never owned a diesel truck before. This was the fist time since I bought it that I took it in for service. They had the records from the previ I have never owned a diesel truck before. This was the fist time since I bought it that I took it in for service. They had the records from the previous owner and found the fuel filters had never been changed. The truck has 25,000 miles on it and the fuel filters are supposed to be changed every 10,000 miles, 20,000 miles at the most. Thanks to Parkway I now have new fuel filters. Thanks for catching that. More

Doesn't stand behind extended warrenty. I feel I have been lied to and defrauded on this piece of crap truck. I thought I was buying a reliable and long lasting truck. I am now the owner of a vehicle that has value for resale or trade in value, and no longer has the performance and fuel mileage that it had prior to this recall. I feel Chrystler should buy back every Eco Diesel or offer an even trade on a new Hemi Ram truck. I first had trouble in August of 2018 where the Particulate filter was clogged. My truck had 82000 miles on it. IT HAD NEVER DONE A REGEN...I never got a message on the message center that the truck needed a regen. Instead I got engine lites. I had to take it into the dealer because it wasn't running properly. I got a call from the service department telling me I needed a new PDF filter at the sum of 3500.00.. At this time I told them not to touch the truck. I spoke with the service manager the next day. He said they could try to do a forced regen. Which that did work, but no one can tell me why I didn't get a notice on my message center. When I told the service manager that the truck never had sone a regen, he stated well it has had to have done one at 82000 miles. Then even though my extended warrenty did not mention that it didn't cover emissions...I was made to pay for the regen. Now to top it off, I had the vehicle in on October 3, 2019 for the modifications and Parkway didn't send the information to Chrysler till October 14, 2019. Why would this take so long? Even the representative from FCA stated that this was entirely too long. He also stated that he asked the girl at Parkway why it took so long and she said she didn't know. I have lost fuel mileage and power due to the modifications. In my opinion the only way to right this wrong is for Chrysler to buy back these defective vehicles. More
Several issues I went in to have a recall completed, and get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they would do it all and wash my car as well. When i went to pick up may car, they hadn't done the tire rotation because my tread was too low (there still was tread) didn't wash it, charged me and I left. When I got home I noticed that they had overcharged me for the oil change (double charged the labor). I went back in the next day, and mentioned that I was under the impression that when I bought the car there my fourth oil change should be free. Sure enough, it should have been. The next day my heater wasn't working. I asked a friend who works on cars what could cause it, and he suggested I check my coolant. Sure enough, my coolant was almost empty. May have a slow leak.. but clearly wasn't checked at the oil change. Not thrilled with the service here. More
