"Quick" Service on 216 Escape SE This was my first trip to Parkway Ford service center, after having dealt previously with Parkway Honda FORD. Based on the comparison, I think I will take my future service on my TWO FORD ESCAPES to the Honda dealership. No one even bothered to introduce themselves. I arrived at 10:15 and never got out of the"Quick Lane Service until 1:15 PM.. Entirely too long for an oil change and wheel rotation. No paper mates were placed in my car to keep it clean. The employees didn't seem to care about the customer. No conversation, no comment as to the location of restroom facilities, vending machines and no update on the status of my service. I have 2 free oil changes due per my negotiations. After I have these completed, I will probably go to the Honda Location.It was Much more pleasant experience.To say the least, I was very disappointed . Oil / Filters / Scheduling of Recall The team at Parkway took care of me as quickly as possible. I had them change the oil in my 2019 F250, along with fuel filters and cabin air filter. The team at Parkway took care of me as quickly as possible. I had them change the oil in my 2019 F250, along with fuel filters and cabin air filter. They came out and asked which oil I specifically wanted (no high pressure, they offered the recommended first but I chose to upgrade to Shell Rotella t6 at a higher cost). I then asked about tires (just as a curiosity). They printed several pages of different options with the full out the door cost. Top notch shop with zero complaints or pressure! More
