Ridiculous Time for a 15 minute job! I came in for an oil change. Over one hour later nothing was happening. I went through the quick lane with one car in each lane. Over an hour later ne I came in for an oil change. Over one hour later nothing was happening. I went through the quick lane with one car in each lane. Over an hour later neither car was done!!! I had another appt. set up that had given plenty of time to do an oil change. Finally one car was finished and they did my oil change. This took 15 minutes. This was ridiculous! If a job is to take more than 20 minutes they should put them all in one line and leave the quick jobs in the Quick Lane! Isn't that why they call it that??? This has happened twice now when I have come in for an oil change. More
