Very accommodating Had defective water pump replaced under extended premium warranty, as well as several additional items that were requested/paid for by us. Rico worked with us and the mechanic to get everything taken care of while the car was opened up, and also provided a loaner car for me to use in the interim. The repairs took longer than expected due to parts that had to be ordered, but wasn't a problem as I had the car to use. As always, pleased with the service received. More
