We saw the car listed at 21k on THEIR website and drove 3 hours to purchase. After test drive, sat down to discuss price and financing. First the salesman brought a paper with a price of $24.3k which he said was supposed to be the price based on "comps". We pointed out that was not the price on their OWN website so he went to the manager and came back with the $21k price. They also added a $3k "protection package" charge which we said we didn't want. The salesman said they "had to put that on there to protect their cars from being stolen". He said they did this for all their cars. We said they should have included this in the sales price posted not adding it once a buyer was at the dealership as that is deceptive pricing. Then the salesman provided some fairy tale about the state telling them how much they can sell cars for and that they couldn't add this to the price until a person came to buy a vehicle. We finally agreed to accept $500 over the cost we had originally agreed to ($21.5k) but then they said they "weren't making any money at that price" so wouldn't accept the offer. The salesman and manager said all of this with straight faces and how they are a top dealer and no one else had this issue with them. They kept trying to get us to identify a monthly payment even after we stated we would agree to the sales price with our down payment. We couldn't even get them to share what interest rate they used for "basic payment rates" as they produced this paper with payments on it to try to get us to agree and take us away fromthe discussion of price. It was a frustrating experience with the games they played related to deceptive pricing. Be prepared to deal with these types of games if you buy from them! We did not buy the car due to lack of transparency about pricing. More

From the beginning of our process of trying to learn a Carnival they have been difficult to work with and slow to respond, when they delivered the car they forgot the paperwork and didn’t even give us a t Carnival they have been difficult to work with and slow to respond, when they delivered the car they forgot the paperwork and didn’t even give us a temporary plate. They destroyed our paint. They scratched the car from front to back. When we mentioned this to the salesman he said they would fix it. After a couple of days of waiting for a resolution I called again and asked for the GM or the sales manager. I was put on hold for an hour with no response. I called Kia corporate and filed a claim, and all the sudden the sales manager called and said bring the car to him. Got to the dealership and was told to go back home because they didn't have a loaner. I asked to look at the car with the sales manager and the painter and was told to leave and that was too complicated. I said let me speak to the GM and h e went and got him. The GM told me that there dealership could not scratch a car like that. What a lie. I left the dealership and they came and pi picked it up the next day. They kept the car overnight and I was called the next day by the salesman to be told that they could not buff the scratches out I called the general manager and he told me that they were not going to be responsible or do anything else to further fix the problem. I now have an investigation going with Kia corporate and hopefully they will handle the situation properly. Nothing about this dealership is professional from the sales team to management and if you want to have your car destroyed either let their service department or their detail guys look at it. More

It was the best car buying experience and they have excellent customer care and service. They were easy to work with, professional, responsive, throughout the entire buying process. The Used car Manager/ Director was also very professional. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to do business with them moving forward. I bought my child a Toyota Camry on Tuesday. So I drove the car off the lot. I returned on Thursday at noon to finish the paperwork. I paid $1500 down and financed the rest. I completed all the paperwork. I was told to go wait out front while the car got detailed. I waited until 6 p.m. Finally, someone came and told me that they wouldn't let the car off the lot until it had new tires. It was a safety hazard. They said they didn't have another car for me. Since I drove the car I didn't have a way to go home. I got an Uber home (15 miles). They said they'd call me the next morning. No call was received. I called at 10 a.m. I was told they were finishing up with the car and it would be ready that afternoon. I told them I'd be there at 4 p.m. I left work early, drove an hour home to pick up my wife so she and I could go pick up the car. Arrived around 5:30 p.m. I was told that the tires weren't there and they didn't have an ETA. It was now Friday evening. We have 5 children at home. The sales manager was called. They didn't try to rectify the situation. According to them, nothing could be done and they did nothing wrong. I bought a car, financed car, was paying for the insurance on the car, and yet I had no car. They didn't try to get tires from an alternate location, they didn't try to get me a rental or a loaner, they never even apologized for the inconvenience. This caused an enormous inconvenience on my family and Parkway Family Kia (the name is ironic) did absolutely nothing to even attempt to make it write. Now I'm really concerned about the vehicle I purchased that they didn't even know it had bad tires when they sold it to me. Did they find other issues? Was it never looked at in the first place? Did I purchase a lemon? The whole thing seems very shady. Extremely poor experience. Horrible customer service. More
