We test drove a Cherokee and returned to purchase but chose a different color with the exact equipment from your online site. Problem was that vehicle had been sold the month prior and a similar vehicle was in it’s place but details had not been changed online. The van was missing an important safety feature, the tire change tools. Others would say, "that is your problem", not the folks at Parkway. They find a tool kit. Now my wife won't be stuck on some dark highway, with our young son, unable to change her flat tire. Moral: Parkway will not let you stranded. More

Marcus knew what I was looking for in my new Jeep JL and he was very attentive to my texts with questions about the different options and responded quickly. Not only did he find one JL, but by the time I got back to the dealership, there were two Punk'n Jeep JLs sitting in the lot! He had them gassed up and gave me the keys to test drive both of them. But I wanted to check out the Jeep Wranglers to see if they would be a good fit for me which required a test drive. Joel was great! He wasn't pushy, demanding or rude. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying out 2 different models I decided it was a good fit but I wanted some extended time with one to make sure, which Parkway was extremely accommodating and made it work with my crazy schedule. As if that were not enough they really stepped up to make sure I was happy with my purchase in every way. And that's what impressed me most because I am pretty picky!
