Very displeased with the dealer. The ability to do a simple job has. Even far from superior in other dealers we have dealt with. Sent a driver to pick up a truck. Sent a certified check for cost of truck and associates fees with notarized paper work and sales agreement signed by both parties. Dealer has released the truck and told to have a good day. Week and half later I received a text from said dealer asking for more money to release the title of the truck I have already purchased and drove home 7 hours away. Dealer sent A new sales packet with a additional price and fees tacked on trying to sell me my truck again for more money even with signed and dated, notarized paper work for previously agreed upon price. dealer is telling me by law I need to send them more funds and they will not release the title to the truck I have purchased. I would not recommend this dealer as their level of courtesy and professionalism is sub par. The emails and text I have received have been far from what I would expect from a dealer. Very displeased. Still no title to the truck I have already purchased and took delivery of almost 3 weeks ago. Very displeased with Joel Wagner. More
