My lease was scheduled to be up in February of 2022 and it had positive equity on the car. Initially, I was quoted for a Jeep Compass and Jeep Grand Cherokee. They informed that even if I decided to not s it had positive equity on the car. Initially, I was quoted for a Jeep Compass and Jeep Grand Cherokee. They informed that even if I decided to not stick with Chrysler, I was still able to walk away with a check for that positive equity. Fast forward when I decided to not stick with Chrysler, I went to turn in my lease and they refused to give me the excess equity on the car as I was initially told. They completely lied about it and I will never go back to this dealership again. Plus, they had me test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was still in ship mode. Regardless of the equity, they shouldn’t have told me I would have received a check if I walked away. More
This is absolutely ridiculous! Took our company lease in for a shaking. Told them it was a warped rotor. Sure enough a couple hours later was told come pick up, ordered rotor and pads. Here it is January 5th and have heard nothing from service advisor Josh or parts. Called and said wife was informed parts should be there. Called and was told rotors no pads. That was on the 31st of December. My wife works for Mopar. I was told nothing else on anything. Rotors were delivered on 21st of December and pads were cross docked on 23rd of December. Still, zero communication from adviser and no pads. Still driving around with xxxx pads and rotors. And, customer service sucks! I will be sure to advise to stay away from this dealership. Customer service is terrible!!! More

I bought my Chrysler 200 2016 from there. Always brought my car there for oil changes and repairs. Completed online appointment assumed I would get my car serviced. Contacted the dealership 9/7/21 in the mo my car there for oil changes and repairs. Completed online appointment assumed I would get my car serviced. Contacted the dealership 9/7/21 in the morning spoke with service they advised me to bring my car in could not provide repairs until the weekend. However following my instincts I called back spoke with a lady she stated she did not see my service order in the system I advised her I have it on my phone. I further asked her could I receive an estimate of my possible repairs and issue. She stated they have been having problems with the service website and someone would call me back. They called me back advised me they could not take my car it could not be repaired for two weeks . I advised the lady someone should have told me this this morning when I talked to the guy in the service department. She told me to check other Chrysler dealerships. I’m disappointed in bad communication plus I’ve been a customer there since 2016. Not too happy 😞 More
We've had service done at this location, that was 2009, went back there again recently, for a recall and to get FOB programmed. Dropped it off at 7am.... never got a call till we called them at 5PM, they said it was done at 11am and they called and left a vm. total BS. i paid for what i wanted....get out to the car, the FOB didnt work, they charged me for it...didnt say they didnt do it, or they had issues...they just charged me. I called and gave them the chance to fix the issue. they denied anything was wrong. HORRIBLE customer service, liars and Schiessters. 2 weeks and no returned phone calls, nothing. I filed for "Services Not Rendered" with my CC company, i won it, of course. So safe your self the trip, the pain and aggravation with these thieves, dont do ANY business with them. More
I found this truck on the internet and called and talked to Brian S. who was my sales person. I asked multiple times if there was any damage to this vehicle before I drove from Cincinnati to Michigan to pur to Brian S. who was my sales person. I asked multiple times if there was any damage to this vehicle before I drove from Cincinnati to Michigan to purchase this vehicle. The answer was consistently no, not a scratch on it. Next day I drove to Michigan to purchase the vehicle. I did not notice that the front bumper had damage to it as it was hidden and masked my being repainted while on the vehicle. The next day while walking towards it I seen that the bumper was twisted and damaged. This truck is a 2020 Ram with 8k miles and they sprayed over a damaged bumper. The bumper is creased and pushed back. There is white overspray on my black fog light bezels and parking sensors, and a run in the paint. I called and spoke with Brain and am awaiting for a call from the used car manager for a resolution. At this time I can’t believe I drove 4 hours to buy a truck with 8k miles on it, and got a damaged vehicle that was fixed xxxxty and I feel like the dealership knew about it. Will update once we have reached a conclusion. More
Purchasing my vehicle was easy. I paid cash and knew exactly what I wanted. Dealing with the service department is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Getting an appointment is a joke. I went in to the dealership yesterday to lease a new grand cherokee. The salesman Dave was so rude. He didn’t want to go over pricing, questioned why I was interested in certain trim levels in a accusat grand cherokee. The salesman Dave was so rude. He didn’t want to go over pricing, questioned why I was interested in certain trim levels in a accusatory way, and made me feel like I was annoying him. They valued my trade in $2,000 below the bottom of the kbb low range for my vehicle and he just gave me my keys shrugged his shoulders and walked back to his desk without saying anything. Terrible salesmanship. I will definitely never go to parkway again!!!! You are forced to rate the dealer at least 1 star on this site but I would give 0 stars if possible. More
Happy to have turned in my 3 year nightmare lease. Reached out multiple times to follow up as we had wanted to try and obtain a lease through him and was always told he was busy, called left multiple messages to no return phone call, left in the dust. Extremely unappreciated especially as my family has always been return customers to him directly. Ended up gladly seeing another sales man whom was able to eventually help me obtain my 18 Jeep Compass. Just recently i had a flat tire on my car and called to use my tire and wheel protection plan and was informed it was expired. During the high times of COVID, i was unemployed for about 7 months and had to wait 3 months to even get a single payment therefore having to extend my lease payments out, i was left xxxx out of luck with no spare tire to get me anywhere. I had spoken to the finance manager and was informed to call Chrysler, they were absolutely no help and would not extend my plan and was told to call the dealership and see if they can call and allow a one time good will to fix my tire. I had only used my plan once in the 3 years i had it. It’s been well over two weeks and still have not heard anything from this dealership. They and Chrysler were informed we only had one vehicle at the time and i had a funeral coming up due to my uncle passing from COVID. This dealership is a hit or miss but myself and my mom will no longer get a vehicle from here due to these issues and other issues. More
