Thank you for sharing your experience with us. After reviewing your profile, reading the notes in your profile, and listening to multiple phone calls from our advisors to you; none of the items in your review are accurate. We understand that it can be frustrating not being able to get an appointment as quickly as you would like, we do try to make every accommodation we can. Hopefully in the near future with our service expansion that is currently underway, we will have even more flexibility. However, when clients like yourself refuse those offers of accommodations, such as when we offered to have your tires put on, you told us you didn’t have the time to wait. Your service advisor and our fixed ops director have attempted to reach out to you multiple times, only to be hung up on. Many manufacturers have experienced similar issues with parts having longer lead times due to backlogs from shutdowns with COVID amongst other things. Unfortunately, we can’t always please everyone, no matter how much we do and I do apologize that this was the case here. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to contact us. I absolutely did not say I did not have time to wait for tires! I left my car with Kia- went across the street and picked up a rental car so Kia could keep my car to work on it, only to get a phone call later that day saying I needed to come get my car because you didn’t have the dye and I needed tires but the shop didn’t have time to put them on! I returned my rental the next morning and picked up my car from Kia and went somewhere that did have time to put tires on! I then waited weeks for someone to call me to tell me the dye was in stock- I had to text the advisor to find out it was there! I asked if I could set up an appointment and was texted that he would call later before end of business. I received 1 phone call and answered- when I was told the next appointment date was another month out and I would have to drop my car off for service it upset me that I was going to have to get another rental car or wait another month. I received a text saying I could come in at 2:30 the following day and I accepted. I sat patiently in the waiting room for several hours while the car was checked.
