Glad it was time to have and oil change One phone call! I called Kristeena, asked if I could bring my car in for oil and filter and a couple of other things. She made the appointment. I had to be in Knoxville the day before so she said I could drop off my car and then pick it up the day of my appointment when it was ready. Excellent Professional Service My wife and I recently brought our 2016 Sorento in for its oil change. When we arrived we were greeted by favorite service advisor Kristeena and she h My wife and I recently brought our 2016 Sorento in for its oil change. When we arrived we were greeted by favorite service advisor Kristeena and she handed us a letter from Steven Abshire. Part of Steven's letter was information about the savings leasing could afford us, so we decided to explore the possibilities of leasing. Steven was very knowledgeable and explained leasing versus purchasing pros and cons very simply. We decided to lease but couldn't find the Sorento we wanted at Parkside so Steven searched and found the exact vehicle we were looking for. He arranged to have the car brought to the dealership the next day! We want to thank Steven for the no pressure salesmanship, the wonderful help, and exceeding our expectations. We also give kudos to the rest of the staff and the service department. We drive past other KIA dealerships to patronize PARKSIDE KIA for the excellent professional service. More
