He assessed the paperwork around the situation and did the RIGHT thing and stood up for me as a customer. Ben is a stand up guy and did went the extra mile when he did not have too. It is very rare these days to have someone defend you when they did not have too. More

Great experience. The Emergency Parking Brake (EPB)on my 2017 Kia Sorento V6 LTD did not seem to be working properly. With 51,000 miles, the car is still under warrant The Emergency Parking Brake (EPB)on my 2017 Kia Sorento V6 LTD did not seem to be working properly. With 51,000 miles, the car is still under warranty. On my initial visit on 7/8/19, they found that the parking brake switch was not setting the parking brake. If you pull up on switch and hold it, the parking brake would set but would disengage when released. They found that the swtich had shorted so they needed to order a switch. They also did a multi-point inspection and took care of 2 recalls that I did not know about. On my return visit on 7/18/19, they installed the new EPB switch. Since under warranty, there was no cost to me. Since the work was going to take 3 hours, Kristeena offered me a loaner car and I took advantage of her offer. One of the maintenance workers was kind enough to get my cooler out of my car and put it in the loaner. This allowed me to do my grocery shopping. Kristeena was great from start to finish on both visits. Tracie actually checked me in as Kristeena was on her lunch break when I arrived but Kristeena greeted me and apprised me of everything as soon as she returned from lunch. More
