Parkside Kia - Service Center

My check engine light was on. I made an appointment to have it checked. It took them 6 hours & they erased all the codes on my car so all I have is what they have written on a pie I made an appointment to have it checked. It took them 6 hours & they erased all the codes on my car so all I have is what they have written on a piece of paper. I can not get the worked fixed under warranty because they erased the codes. I am very unhappy with the service department & I felt like all they wanted me to do is buy a new car. My Telluride is a 2022. I will be going back so they can have a chance to fix their mistakes. I will write a new review depending on if they fix the mistakes they have made. More

I've had several cars and this was the cleanest one. I was taken care of promptly, escorted to the waiting area and shown where beverages and coffee/tea/water was available. Jessica was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She actually sent me a message within an hour after leaving Kia with some resource information she found. Service beyond expectations. Kia is lucky to have an employee like Jessica on their team. More

This dealership's service center is incompetent and ill equipped to perform warranty repairs. They don't mind inconveniencing you in every possible way while they take months to perform a repair originally equipped to perform warranty repairs. The customer service people are withholding of information on your repair to the point of outright dishonesty. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you own a Kia. More
