Zachary was wonderful to deal with out of four different dealers I was discussing with. He was professional, kind, and respectful. He never pushed or bombarded me with calls/texts. Plus, on the snacks and b dealers I was discussing with. He was professional, kind, and respectful. He never pushed or bombarded me with calls/texts. Plus, on the snacks and beverages offered as well. He made sure we were comfortable during the entire process! He helped me find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and never rushed me. As a female care buyer, I was extremely happy to be treated with such respect from Zach. The manager was rude and reached over my body to shake my father's hand instead of mine who was the actual car buyer. He knew I was the one buying and didn't have the decency to shake mine. He spoke to him instead of me and spoke so fast you couldn't understand him, I assume on purpose to confuse people. While my entire family was not a fan of the manager, we loved working with Zach and the finance department. Absolutely love my new Sorento! Thank you Zach! More

The overall buying experience was good. Price was fair. Detailing on the new vehicle was above average. Too much tire shine which flung off onto the vehicle. The GSM was able to come in and Price was fair. Detailing on the new vehicle was above average. Too much tire shine which flung off onto the vehicle. The GSM was able to come in and fix a financing confusion on the APR. The wait for finance was two hours because someone was on vacation which was frustrating. The facility is nice and there were complimentary snacks. More
