Haily was GREAT! All the paper work was ready when we got there, it was sign and go, the car was even warmed up! I filled out most all on line and then we text. Didn't get a high pressure sell. I told them what I needed and they got me there. I've had two Kias and I really wanted to stick with them and I'm glad I did. Sonya was great and very personable.
