I have had many car buying experiences over the years ranging from used, certified use, to new. Most of the business interaction between me and salesperson has been average to mediocre. I wanted to star ranging from used, certified use, to new. Most of the business interaction between me and salesperson has been average to mediocre. I wanted to start 2021, in my dream car Kia Soul. Spoke to Jonathan Wyatt via their website and I expressed what I was looking for and the monthly payments for my budget. This was early January, a week later I tested positive for Covid so when he called, I told him that we had to put everything on hold, and I would get back with him once I recover. A few weeks went by, I was chatting with another dealership, then out of the clear blue one I got a call from Jonathan, and the first he said was "I hope you are recovered from Covid"...it shocked me because I haven't spoke to him in weeks. That "personal touch" of remembering that I had Covid is what put Mr. Wyatt in a league by himself. This was the smoothest and most personable car buying experience I ever had...we interacted most online, he was able to meet all my requested specifications. By the time we met face to face...it was a test drive, and a finalizing of the deal. He display qualities of a true salesmanship adding in the "personal" touch. I came to Parkside Kia to look at a lightly used Jeep Grand Cherokee. While I know that Jeeps are by no means their strong suit, Sonya Edwards and her manager did everything in their power to get as much Grand Cherokee. Not once did Sonya or Parkside Kia pressure me into making a purchase, or make me feel like I was anything but a welcomed guest. Instead, Sonya was supportive and more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns for me that she could. While I love my car, there was another one at a nearby dealership that suited my needs slightly better- Sonya is what made the difference in my purchase. I truly wanted her to have the sale, and being confident in my purchase and confident in my salesperson means so much more to me than an extra feature or two I could have had while purchasing from someone who put undue amounts of pressure on me to purchase their vehicle then and there. I cannot recommend Sonya or Parkside enough.... do yourself a favor and buy from them!! (especially if you purchase with Sonya ;)) More
