What a letdown! I went online and found the car that I wanted, then I went through the whole process to get an online quote (which is an option online). I also went through the process to get an instant quote on what my trade-in would be worth. Trying to be on top of things-you know….to make things easier. If it’s an option, why not go on and get some of the questions and paperwork somewhat completed? Got a phone call the following morning to come and look at the car. I then asked the salesman what the price was and what my numbers might look like and he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t want to give me a price over the phone until the dealership was able to look at my trade-in vehicle. Even though I had already completed the trade in quote tool on their website. I then made special trip that same day after work to go look at this car. I was completely let down when he told me the asking price for the vehicle. Why was all let down you ask? There is also an online option to see the window sticker. Yes, I checked everything before asking for the online quote just to cover all my bases. Upon arrival to the dealership I was told that the asking price for that vehicle was MORE than what showed on the window sticker. This was NEVER mentioned via email, phone, text until I sat down at the dealership. If the option for an online quote is there you should be able to actually GET an online quote. Also, if you go through the process to get an online instant quote on what the trade-in value is you would think this info would be checked before contacting the customer. Why are these even options if they are not going to be fulfilled by the dealership? I got my hopes up for absolutely nothing! That is a trip that could have been avoided had the “online quote” actually happened! I do not recommend this dealership for the simple fact that all things aren’t disclosed until they get you in the seat in front of them. More

However, I fell in LOVE and ended up trading for my new 2022 Kia Telluride SX! From the test drive to signing the papers, it was an enjoyable experience. Buying a car can be stressful but Brandon worked a fair deal with the trade-in, which made us feel comfortable with the purchase. Brandon is fair, calm, and kind. He is knowledgeable about the industry which also made us feel comfortable. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a luxury SUV at an affordable price to look at Parkside KIA and check out their KIA Telluride inventory! KIA's have come a long way, trust me, I used to be one of those skeptics! More

Haily stayed in touch every couple days, and her emails were specific to things I had inquired about. I was actually looking at a hybrid, but Haily talked me in to checking out an EV6. I could not be happier. A short time later I was the proud owner of my first fully electric vehicle. I am loving this car especially with these insane gas prices. The entire team were incredibly helpful getting the deal done with no pressure and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. My finance rep Steven was excellent as well. He made sure I understood what we were doing at every step. Thanks so much Parkside Kia team, and especially to Haily I would recommend both with no reservations. I will definitely go there first for my next purchase! More
I had been trying for months to get the Kia dealership where I live to respond concerning a service issue I was having with my Sedona sliding doors. Parkside Kia is near my parents' home, so I pondered re where I live to respond concerning a service issue I was having with my Sedona sliding doors. Parkside Kia is near my parents' home, so I pondered reaching out to them while visiting at some point since I couldn't get anywhere with my local dealership. I received an email about needing to schedule a recall service appointment a few weeks back, so I decided to use Parkside for that. Upon arriving, I mentioned to Jordyn Craig that I was also having an issue with my sliding doors, and asked if they could take a look while they had the van to do the recall service. She immediately started making notes, and then said, "You know, I'm going to pull that VIN and see if there is an extended warranty on those doors." That's exactly what she did, and there absolutely was. I was so thrilled! After months of trying to figure out what was wrong with the doors and dealing with the hassle when they acted up, not only would there be a solution, it would be one under warranty! I'd expected they might find a solution, but figured it would be an opportunity for them to charge me "dealer prices" to fix. Interestingly, the dealership I bought my Sedona from also knew about the door issue and never offered to see if there was an extended warranty for me. I was beyond thrilled at Jordyn's initiative and helpfulness. Now, when I'm back at my parents in a few weeks, I'll get the doors repaired and believe me, future service needed from the dealership will 100% go to Parkside. Thank you! More
