Poor customer service on a brand new vehicle. Didn’t get the paperwork to my lending institution. When it was sent it was illegible. Went to get the car and had not been cleaned. There was an ENTIRE day between when I signed the paperwork and went to get the car. Car hadn’t been cleaned -was dirty with fingerprints everywhere. When I buy a BRAND NEW CAR I expect it to look brand new. The salesperson was very nice but the manager ultimately is responsible for all this stuff. His name is Steve. Clift Lowder came up us while our salesman Brandon Jordon was away from the desk and made sure everything was going good and was treated properly.
