Stress free, to the point pricing. Super friendly and fast paced. In the past it has always taken, minimum, 3 to 4 hours to buy a car. They had me finished in an hour and a half. It was easy for me o make the decision to buy from Ted Russell Kia, from the friendliness and sincere workings with the sales rep, to the efficiency, how quickly everything was done. I recommend anyone buying a Kia go check them out. Just don't drink their coffee. I said wow when I tasted it. Super strong. More

This is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. From the minute I walked into the door until I left with my new Sorento (this is the 3rd new car I have bought from this dealer). Terry is an awesome From the minute I walked into the door until I left with my new Sorento (this is the 3rd new car I have bought from this dealer). Terry is an awesome saleman, not high pressure but works with you until you find the exact car you are looking for. Jeff is very knowledgeable and you can guarantee that you will get the best deal possible. Dave in Finance walks you thru completing the contract and takes the time to explain everything so that you understand all the contracts and legalities involved. I Would certainly recommend these guys over any other dealership in town. More

By far the worst buying experience I've ever had. Called ahead to look at a used vehicle, then arrived after an hour and a half drive to find out it wasn't even on the lot. They couldn't find the car or th ahead to look at a used vehicle, then arrived after an hour and a half drive to find out it wasn't even on the lot. They couldn't find the car or the keys, we were left waiting an hour. Then we ask about leasing a new vehicle, after pleading with us to work with them while pulling out of the lot, they made us a 'deal' on a car they either deliberately misrepresented, or the salesperson was uninformed. The process was extremely slow and dragged out the entire afternoon. Only after the paperwork was done did they inform us the vehicle was not all wheel drive, when we specifically went there looking for an all wheel drive vehicle. The salesperson then got snippy and lashed out inappropriately when we were upset. Tried to contact Ted Russell, his office never called back. My best advice is to stay away, I wish I did. More
