He was very knowledgable and able to answer any question we had. He took us for a test drive and when we returned there wasnt any pressure to buy the car. Just a "let us know if your interested and we can go from there." Sure enough after some negotiations we returned to buy the car and the process was very quick. We signed papers with Trevor for about 5 minutes then we went back with the finance guy for about 20 minutes and that was it. I read a lot of horror stories with other people and their car buying experience so you never know what to expect but we didnt experience anything negative. I think if you just do your homework and go in prepared and knowing what to expect everything will be great. We called back the next morning and made an appointment Once we bought the car, he was very thorough in showing us all the bells and whistles. We would definitely recommend him to others and would also go back to him when time to buy another car! The only negative I had with the buying experience was that we were there for 4.5 hours before we left with our new car... we paid cash and didn't have to apply for a loan, and did not trade, so we figured we'd be out of there in time to attend an event in 3 hours after we made our appointment to see the salesman to buy the car. 3 hours should be plenty of time to do all this!
