Mr. Wells was our sales person and was instrumental in helping us to decide on a trade he too seem to really care about giving us a helping hand, he took care of the paper work for the trade, all but the paper work for the financing . My husband & I had been to several other Kia dealerships between Knox, Morristown, & Johnson City to find me a Kia Soul at a good price. I had a VERY bad experience with a VERY rude finance mana dealerships between Knox, Morristown, & Johnson City to find me a Kia Soul at a good price. I had a VERY bad experience with a VERY rude finance manager at our trip to Morristown Kia so I was NOT looking forward to another dealership or rude staff. I had gotten bad information from my finance company & was mislead & so upset when we finally found what I wanted & was unable to get it. I was ready to leave these nice people & just go home. Thank God my husband said to just let them see what they could do & that's what I did & I am so thankful for it because they got me a better deal than ANY other place we went to. Even after I took the car home, they continued to make sure they got me the best deal for the next 2 days. Next thing you know, I got an interest rate half the rate everyone else found. They all three went above & beyond for us & we're so grateful. Even gave Mr Beeler, the finance man a hug lol, and Tony restored my faith in car salesman! Thanks!! More
