Best Experience I have had Kevin Fisher made this a really good experience. He stuck to the price he gave me and I feel like I got a pretty good deal. Exceeding Expectations Often times when you go to purchase a car the sales associates actually make the process uncomfortable, they can be pushy and at times seem short temp Often times when you go to purchase a car the sales associates actually make the process uncomfortable, they can be pushy and at times seem short tempered even hateful. It seems like you're being forced into something at times. Definitely NOT the case here. My sales associate Matt Warner is awesome! (Awesome sauce as they say these days lol) Matt was very knowledgable about the things I asked about. Matt also took the time to really listen to me and understand exactly what I was wanting. I felt very at ease and comfortable when asking Matt questions and truly felt I wasn't being lied to. Out of the cars I've purchased in my life this is most definitely the BEST EXPERIENCE!! The associates I dealt with were amazingly friendly and made me feel at ease, like I was talking to a family member without the arguments though lol. Seriously though it did feel more like talking to a close friend. A very enjoyable experience. I am terrible with remembering names but I want to mention the sales manager Dave and Victor who went over the car specifics with me. These two guys also made the process very easy and enjoyable. I couldn't be more happier with my experience. There is always room for some constructive criticism and all I can say on that is, while passing other employees that aren't working with a particular customer they could and should be more friendly. It seems as if once they find out you're working with someone then BOOM that's it. Even if you're not a particular persons customer I feel that they still should be just as welcoming and express the same attitudes my sales team did. For example, I pass a different sales associate and rather than just a quick hello and avoiding eye contact, go ahead and go the extra mile. Say things like I'm glad you're here, thank you for coming in etc. make everyone feel welcome whether they are your customer or not. I'm not saying that other associates weren't friendly in any way. I'm just saying make them feel welcome as well. Treat everyone like their your customer. They may send a friend or relative in to purchase and that person may wind up being your customer. In summary Ted Russell Kia ROCKS the competition in my book. No need to go anywhere else. Thanks to everyone to helped in the purchase of my 2015 Kia Sorento and thank you again Matt, Dave and Victor other sales teams need to take a lesson from you guys. Thanks again. More

Great sales / finance staff When I pulled on the lot for the first time I was in a bad mood. I had only been to one other dealer and was already frustrated. My sons and I had jus When I pulled on the lot for the first time I was in a bad mood. I had only been to one other dealer and was already frustrated. My sons and I had just got out of our truck and here comes a salesman. I though wow here we go again, my feet have just hit the ground and here comes the vultures. That is how my car buying experiences have always been. This time it wasn't. The salesman's name was Aaron Wright. He walked over, said hi I'm Aaron, let me know if I can help you. I was shocked that I didn't get the same old car salesman bologna like we've got some great deals today on our brand new super rockets with triple shift side pocket engines and look how good our prices are now let's go sign some papers. He just let me know he was available if I had any questions. It put me at ease and I told him what we were looking for. Aaron showed us a 2014 Sorrento first. For some reason it just wasn't a hit with me. He asked if I would be interested in seeing a 2016. We walked over to it and it was great. He went with us on a test ride and talked about music and life. Again, no fancy car salesman talk. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions but, you guessed it, with no car sales pushyness. When we got back to the lot he asked if I'd like to see some other features of the Sorrento. Again, he asked, he didn't push. Now I guess I may be different than most people and maybe a dealership would want their salesman to be more aggressive but I can tell you for sure that I would have drove off and not bought from Ted Russell if Aaron was a "typical" salesman. I generally know what vehicle I want, I'm simply shopping for the right salesman. I'm very pleased to have found a salesman that met my needs over his desire to sale a car. This is my first KIA and so far I am completely sold on them. All of the staff that I dealt with at Ted Russell was great and I look forward to seeing them in the future.
