I came in for an oil change on my 2012 Kia Optima and left with a new 2014 Kia Optima SXL Turbo and it wouldn't have happened if Trevor wasn't the sales rep. first of all we were given a lie about what was paid for the car on trade in. we were told trade in was 24,900. which is way above average trade in value on the car. then discovered it was lease vehicle. th the car on trade in. we were told trade in was 24,900. which is way above average trade in value on the car. then discovered it was lease vehicle. then when asking about if the car came with mats, spare tire i was cut off and told that it came with all this stuff. we get home and the car has no spare tire. called dealer first and was told by nick that he would look into it. didnt hear back from him, waited week. called back and was told it was not in agreement and that we would have to buy one if we got it and would be between $300-400. will not recommended dealer to anyone and will inform everyone i know or who has computer access to not go to ted russell. we are not the type of people to cause uproars but we do expect better service than what we received at ted russell. More
