He answered all of my questions about the vehicle and the process in a very professional manner. Once arriving to Ted Russell Kia, Robbi Christmas introduced herself and told us that Kevin was busy with another customer and if we minded to work with her. She was FANTASTIC... she made the experience so much more than buying a car. She entertained my children and was helpful in every aspect of the purchase. She truly listed to us about the amount of money we wanted to spend and what we wanted out of the vehicle overall. My four year old hugged her probably five times while we were there. After we decided that we wanted the Edge the process did not take long at all and they did everything they could to make the process go by quickly for the sake of our children. I became familiar with Ted Russel by using their service department to perform maintenance on my Ford. I found the service department to be experienced, efficient and reasonably priced. Terry Flummer and the Staff at Ted Russell did a great job while selling the 2015 Kia Sorento to me. Terry had the vehicle that I had requested and while we were on the test drive, I found him to be knowlagable about the vehicle, and I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics while talking to him.
