Best Car-buying experience I've ever had This was my 3rd time buying a car from a dealership. My first 2 experiences were not great. Going to Ted Russell Kia and working with Trevor (and everyone else along the way) should me how buying a car should be! My husband and I went to test drive and had no intention of leaving with a car, but that's what happened. However, it wasn't due to a pushy salesman. Trevor made us feel like family and in no way did we ever feel like we were under pressure. All of our wants and needs were considered and met and we couldn't be happier with our new car! From the time we pulled in to the time we left with our new car we were treated exceptionally well by everyone we came in contact with. I would recommend Ted Russell Kia to everyone! More
