This dealership's service center is incompetent and ill equipped to perform warranty repairs. They don't mind inconveniencing you in every possible way while they take months to perform a repair originally equipped to perform warranty repairs. The customer service people are withholding of information on your repair to the point of outright dishonesty. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you own a Kia. More

Zach worked with me digitally to complete an out-of-state purchase. He is a very kind guy who was totally willing to let me control the pacing of the conversation and was very upfront with what he needed fro purchase.
