Dishonest sales tactics throughout my purchase. I was sold a vehicle protection plan that was expressly described as providing 100,000 miles of additional coverage. At the time of purchase, no paperwork for the plan was provided—only a $3,000 line item on the invoice. After the sale, I had to specifically request the protection plan documentation. When it was finally provided, the coverage was 40,000 miles less than what was clearly represented to me during the sale. Additionally, I negotiated the vehicle price to $300 below the advertised price, but the final paperwork reverted to the original price. I caught this discrepancy just before signing. Buyers should review every line of their paperwork carefully and not rely on verbal assurances. Based on my experience, I would proceed with extreme caution. More

My problem with the dealership is that no one ever calls back. I call and leave messages or send an email but no response. Trying to find the information I need in the gigantic amount of literature provided is completely frustrating. My last car was purchased in 2004, which I made very clear to the staff. There was minimal instruction before I was left to drive the 40 miles home. Elijah was a great sales person but he and I imagine the rest of your sales people are more interested in the bells and whistles than the particulars of how to actually drive the car. We spent so much time figuring out how to finance the car there was no time left for instruction. You need to better understand your clients. My husband was literally born in a log cabin and had no indoor plumbing growing up. He put himself through UT on the co-op program and rose to a management position in his company. We borrowed money one time to buy a car in the 58 years we have been married so that we could establish credit to buy a house. Having to finance even a part of a new car while not being able to pay cash is very insulting to both of us. There is no way your math logic erased this insult. More
