After I got off the phone it struck me as a little odd that they would schedule work on Jan 1st. Additionally the service manager didn't check to see if they had the parts. This was and axel I live about 30 miles away from the dealer, and I had to get someone to follow me there to drop off the vehicle. We pull up and of course they are baracaded closed. These days you have to know there business better than they do to not get screwed. We have tried to do business here several times, both for new purchase and for service. My advise, go somewhere else. More
Worst car buying experience ever. The service was absolutely terrible. Could hardly wait to get home to remove all their advertising from the vehicle. Friendly, professional Chevrolet service department. Bought my 2014 Chevrolet Camaro here 18 months ago. Every 6 months I return it for an oil change and whatever else may be required as it's my "baby" and I plan to keep it in perfect condition. Just about every time I've been in for service Dan Gorman has been there to assist me. He's always polite, efficient, and cheerful. He seems to truly care and be interested in helping my "baby" get the service it needs. The service manager is also a professional, listens to the customers and cares that the customer leaves satisfied. Even though the Parks Chevrolet service department isn't a huge operation they are efficient, quick, and strive to please. More
park motor customer satisfaction I purchased a 2013 dodge durango from here in February 2013. My sales experience here was not good. I will not get into that at this time though. I I purchased a 2013 dodge durango from here in February 2013. My sales experience here was not good. I will not get into that at this time though. I was told during this purchase that anytime my vehicle received service I would be given a loaner car. Here I am being told do not drive my car due to it being unsafe but I will not be given a loaner as they no longer offer that service due to the new manager. I would never suggest this dealership. Awful experience I had been looking for a specific car for weeks. The first one I found listed on the website, was sold when I called about it. A few weeks later sam I had been looking for a specific car for weeks. The first one I found listed on the website, was sold when I called about it. A few weeks later same car was still on website, called again they said it was sold. Started working with Mark, seems like good guy. He says he found the car I was looking for emailed the details.....same car that has been on website. Called Mark, he stated that it had been placed in their service program and that they did indeed have it to sale. OK, I will take off work Monday and be there to purchase car. This is a two hour drive for me (4 hours round trip). Call Mark Monday before leaving no answer, called dealership. Ryan states Mark out sick but they have car and I can still drive down today. So after my long drive and road construction we arrive. First words Ryan said, almost sold car a few minutes ago...... really?? Test drive car seems okay. Ryan comes back out states he can not sale me the car.... what the?? I ask for sales manager...not sure on his name. States that car is part of service program they can not sale it.... they do not understand their own policies.... WOW. Then he states he WILL sale the car to me, just because?? whatever?? Sale manager very disrespectful. Laid back in chair would not stand or even sit up straight to speak with me. Told them I could not purchase a car from them..... it is now a trust issue. THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST OFFERED TO PAY FOR MY GAS. Very bad experience!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. More

( Boy they sure have a lot of negative ratings on this website ) More
WARNING: "Stay Away". All customers please read! According to Carfax records the service department at this dealership had performed an oil pan removal and gasket service on the vehicle with 31000 mi According to Carfax records the service department at this dealership had performed an oil pan removal and gasket service on the vehicle with 31000 miles on the odometer . Over the course of placing another 17000 miles on the vehicle since purchase, 5 oil changes had been performed by us. On this day unfortunately, this oil change would be different. Very large metal fragments were found on the magnetic oil pan bolt and a few were so large that they would not fit through the pan bolt hole. The service station performing the oil change mentioned that we need to take the vehicle down to Chevrolet immediately to have the oil pan removed and to remove the remainder of the parts that were in the pan before any damage could result. Since we had an extended warranty and without a doubt thought something had worn down and or had failed internally the issue would be taken care of due to the extended warranty covering all internal lubricated parts. Not so. What they found was a foreign object that was not part of the vehicle! Evidently the mechanic when removing the pan dropped a measuring tool into the bottom of the oil pan. Luckily the only damage that resulted was the breakdown of the tool. The cost to drop the pan and gasket along with rental fees was 800+ dollars. We were only asking to have the bill paid. We could of asked for an extended warranty to cover all internally lubricated parts within the engine due to the possibility that there could be or may have a failure due to other foreign objects that had broken off and that were possibly still floating around in the upper or lower end of the engine. Most customers would ask for a rebuild. Parks would not take responsibility even thou this had been the only time the pan had been removed and or serviced since the vehicles production according to car fax and service records. Most customers do not service their 60,000 vehicles at home if you know what I mean. Furthermore their comment was to hold the other dealership accountable since it was purchased there. What does that have to do with finding a tool that was left in the oil pan by your service tech? Any time a vehicle has service performed at a dealership the service is documented in the General Motors service records of which I have access to. This dealership was trying to place the blame on the dealership that we bought it from. Are you kidding me! It’s hard to believe that such a large dealership would push you under the rug without taking a moment to say: the possibility does exist that an accident had occurred while removing the pan and replacing the gasket (and by the way the records showed that this was the only time it had ever been removed and at their location). The tool was 4 inches long and partly intact, large enough to be able to positively identify what tool it was. In closing I would highly suggest that all customers to not purchase or service their vehicle at this facility due to the dealership not taking accountability for their service departments actions. I will also never refer a customer to this facility. When you take care of your customers they refer customers. When you push your customers aside I assure you they will tell 20 or more of their friends on how disappointed they were with your ability to do what is right. I have been a top sales performer for the region and I took care of business. To start, you have to be able to place customer service in customer service and take care of your customers and stand by your commercial ads. More
