Poorest quality of service/warranty work & customer service. I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubb I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubbing/squeaking noise when the steering wheel was turned in either direction even upon backing. The car only had approx. 20,000 miles on it. I asked for them to check the power steering fluid level first to see if it was low or there was a leak. They checked it, called me to let me know they never heard the noise nor was there a leak. Shortly after that they called back a second time to advise me they found 2 leaks on the power steering line. They ordered anew rack & pinion and changed it out. Then called me to pick up my car that it was done, I said are you sure the noise is gone, they said yes. Drove out to pick up my car, as soon as I backed out of the parking spot the steering was making the same noise, customer advisor came out to take a look and turn the wheel, he said that is a normal noise when you turn the steering wheel?? Not a normal noise, why did it just start making the noise at 20,000 miles as opposed to 0 miles when it was brand new, and the noise just keeps getting louder & louder & more frequent??? They did not offer any other solutions so I left upset not taking the time to do a walk around on my car to check for any damage while it was in their hands. I got about 1 mile down the road and noticed something hanging down below the dash getting caught on my accelerator foot & pedal. I pulled over to park & see what it was, it was a long quick disconnect hanging from beneath the dash, not sure of what it went to, upon further investigation I did a walk around of my car and found they had backed into the rear bumper and put a deep scratch clear down to the primer approx. 6" long, then on the back right quarter panel they had also scratched the paint in 2 different places approx. 3" long above the wheel well, those scratches were also down to the primer. You could tell they were fresh scratches as the paint was still ruffled up on it and there was no dirt deposits in the scratches themselves. I immediately called Parks, they ask me if I could come right back so I did. I advised the tech of the 3 scratches that were not on the car when I brought it in and that you could tell that these were fresh scratches ( I hand detail my car once a week so I know where every ding & scratch is, there were not on there when I brought it in). I then told the tech that there was a wire dangling from underneath the dash that was not like that when I brought it in, and it is still making the same squeaking/rubbing noise it was before they replaced the rack & pinion so that was not the problem. The tech then had the mechanic that worked on the car come look under the dash, he said he did not know what the wire went to but he had disconnected it, then I looked in the backseat and he had thrown the plastic cover panel back there. Then he said oh, this disconnect goes to your lights, lucky for me it was not dark out yet. Then the tech said now we will have to repaint your car which nothing is ever like the factory paint anyway. After having the car over 2 wks it was ready for pick up. I will say the paint job on the rear bumper & rt rear quarter panel does look good. The point is not only did they not fix the problem I took it in for but they created more problems for me than I already had. When I called back to try to reschedule, they kept telling me to call back or would take my name and number and would never return my call. I really did not feel comfortable about taking it to them a 2nd time but since they were the ones who did the factory warranty I thought I should start there. I did have a face to face conversation with the owner John Parks about the complaint and every time I called back and ask to speak to a specific tech they were no longer there so that tells me there is a reason for their high turnover. Finally I got tired of waiting and went to a different dealership, the tech said the rack & pinion they replaced was not the problem, it was the steering shaft and column causing the squeaking rubbing noise. The 2nd dealership replaced the steering column as well as the shaft, no more squeaking rubbing noise and better yet, no new scratches or dents in my car. I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything. No respect for others property, poorly trained mechanics not to mention shoddy work. More
Worst car buying experience Sold my 18 year old a vehicle and let him leave the lot. They screwed him over so I called and spoke to Matt the sales manager on the Friday stating since they screwed him over we were returning the car. He said no it was a done deal and that wasn't an option. His payments he signed for were 284 a month for 72 months and then 10 days later they called and stated he needed 500 do dollars more down or return the car. If he paid the 500 dollars down his payments would go down to 250 every 2 weeks is what was said. I called Matt and told him we are returning the car and that how can someone sign all the papers and sign a contract to be told 10 days later it wasn't approved. I said well that is bad business and he said he could tell me a 100 ways that I could do my job better but he doesn't. So when we took car back we asked for keys to our old car and our 800 dollar down payment. Matt said we could have it back but had could do 500 on my son's debit card and 300 would have to come at a later date cause the business office was closed. Unacceptable. He was the rudest person ever. Never once apologized for anything. John took me and my son into Brian's office, and let me vent but he wasn't the friendliest person either. He told me that they did not have to give us our 800 back but they had good news. They got him approved with no more money down. Brian is the only person that apologized for dropping the ball. His payments dropped to 108 evert 2 weeks. Very shady business and would never recommend business. Put bad review on their page and was asked to remove it. Absolutely not. Was told the store manager would call me today and nothing. More

Plus was told I would get a free loaner car every time we brought it in for service. Well both of these services have been awful. They never have a loaner car even when they told me I would have one. ITS A CAR LOT they have cars. Let me take a test drive. The last 3 times I've taken it in for service they have told me my bill would be over 1000 dollars for the repairs even after my warranty coverage. Knowing this was wrong, I had them recheck the parts they replaced to make sure they weren't covered and every time they were. I end up walking out paying my 100 dollar deductible. CROOKS! Trying to make a buck off of people not knowing any better. Plus they never answer their phone, never call you back, and always make excuses. More
Horrible Service, Don't keep to their contracts or promises First time I bought a vehicle from here was about a year ago. I purchased a Chevy Spark lime green. The only thing missing was rough racks. In the con First time I bought a vehicle from here was about a year ago. I purchased a Chevy Spark lime green. The only thing missing was rough racks. In the contract they promised me racks from the manufacturer that would be bolted in. A month later they still had not ordered the racks. Turns out they were unable to get a rack from the manufacturer and ordered us one from a local business that just clips on to the top. We could of bought these ourselves cheaper somewhere else and they had already included the price into the contract. Not only that but it took forever just to get floor mats in for it as well which should come with the car when purchased. Attempted to buy another vehicle over a month ago. Bad mistake Bacon was very energetic and found us a truck we loved and in our price range even though he did not know a thing about trucks. We were approved for what was the highest we wanted to pay for a monthly loan but they kept it at our budget. We made a deal and took the truck home. The next day they sold our trade in. Four days later they call us saying we ended up being denied the loan they had thought we were approved for because it was an older truck with high mileage. They had to go through a different loan company due to this which made our payments $100 more! We had no other choice they already sold our trade in vehicle so we were stuck! Now paying way out of our budget. Luckily, they promised us we didn't have to make payments for three months. Did they stick to this?? No of course not a month later, couple days ago we got a call we were late on a payment. Not happy. Then the check engine light came on yesterday took it in for service and of course nothing they can do to fix it under the warranty. Horrible service, would never recommend this dealer to anyone if you want them to keep their promises. More

On a Wednesday I ran into the loan officer from my credit union and she told me that if I purchased a car by that Friday I would qualify for a special interest rate they were offering. I found a Dodge Charger on the Parks website and called to see if it was available. The salesman said it was and that he would have it ready for me to test drive. I arrived 30 minutes later, about an hour before they closed. The car wasn't ready, the salesman I had spoken with was gone and it took 3 other guys to finally locate the car. I took it for test drive and really liked the car. They also had another charger that had just come in so the salesman offered to let me test drive it also, which I did. The first car was the better deal so I told him that I wanted it and he printed out the specs so I could drop them off at the Credit Union the next morning. He then offered to let me drive the car home. I declined but explained that I had preapproval for loan and made arrangements to pick up the car during my lunch break the next day to bring it by my mechanic & pick up the money from Credit Union once they wrote up the loan. He agreed. The next morning I got approved for the loan before Parks opened. The car was no longer showing up on their website (it was removed sometime during the night) but I thought it was because I was buying the car. I called as soon as they opened to make certain the car would be ready. The salesman said he would call me 'right back'. 4 hours later I still hadn't heard from him so I called him before leaving work to go pick up the car. He stated that he had called me and left message (he didn't) stating that the car was already sold. Apparently BEFORE I test drove it (and before he offered to let me drive it home for the night....bet that would have thrilled the new owner!). I was not too happy but asked him if they could get the other charger into their shop for inspection ASAP since I really needed to make the deal happen by end of the day on Friday (it was Thursday at this point). Sure. On Friday morning I received a call from Parks. I assumed it was to tell me that the other car was ready for me. Nope! It was a customer service rep wanting to know how my 'experience' was. I told him what had happened and he said he would speak with the staff involved. He stated he would call me right back to let me know what was going on ....that was 3 MONTHS ago. I am still waiting for the call. Obviously they don't care if they make a sale or not - I wasn't just a tire kicker; I had the money and the desire to purchase a car immediately. I had treated everyone with courtesy the evening I did the test drive and apologized that we didn't have much time to get the deal done. I might write this off as a one time bobble but last year I was in the market for a truck to pull my horse trailer. I needed a one ton, long bed with at least an extended cab. I spoke with a Parks salesman who told me that they had exactly what I wanted. I drove 30 minutes to the dealership. When I got there the truck had mysteriously 'disappeared', however he had 2 others to show me that would be 'perfect' (his words). They were both 3/4 tons. I explained to him that they were not powerful enough to pull my fully loaded 40' living quarters horse trailer (granted they would for awhile, but it would take a huge toll on brakes, transmission, etc.) Their max towing rating was at the very limit of what my trailer comes in at. I am a woman but I was raised on a farm and have been pulling horse trailers since I was 16 years old (almost 30 years). He admitted he had no experience towing trailers. Anyway, for the next few months I would get weekly calls/emails from him telling me that he had just got in 'exactly' what I needed.....the truck would always turn out to be a 3/4 ton and usually a short bed too. I finally had to block his number and email address. Anyway, I am very disappointed in Parks - I have friends who have bought several autos from them and I prefer to do business locally, instead of going to Wichita. However they really didn't seem to want my business. More

We live 3 hrs away and Devin worked to make a deal We have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had!! We live 3 hrs away and Devin worked to make a deal happen before even meeting us!! When we arrived to make the deal there were some things that needed to be worked out and finalized, but they made the experience so easy and fast!! In fact we liked the experience so much we ended up leaving the lot with 2 cars and let me tell you I made them work for both sales!! Through the entire experience we had several people helping to make these deals happen and every one of them was friendly and went above and beyond what they had to do!! We will definitely be doing business with them again!! Thank you to everyone that helped!! More

The knowledge his staff has is hands Best experience ever in a car dealership. John Culver and his great team made this a most pleasurable experience. The knowledge his staff has is hands down the best I have ever seen. They put together a tremendous deal in no time at all. In and out of the great business office in twenty minutes. This was a no pressure atmosphere and was wonderful. John and his staff attended to our every need. They made sure we understood the details of the vehicle and that we were happy. The only problem I have is I can only rate five stars. This is a ten star dealership. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Will do it again the next time. UPDATE, UPDATE; Went back today to have a couple of add ons installed. Had an appointment. Vehicle went to the service department ahead of time. I was told to allow around three hours. Brought the truck to me in less than two hours. The bay was clean as well as the service technician. Very surprised at this. Vehicle looked as if no one had ever been in it. When I did the deal I had my own financing and was happy with it. But while waiting on the service there was some discussion on my intrest rate. After a few minutes I allowed a credit to be pulled and I'm glad it was. Austin Denny in the business office saved me a few thousand bucks. Pleasantly surprised. This was in addition to the huge discount in the sales department. Folks if you want a pleasant experience, take a leisurely trip a little east of high prices and high pressure to Augusta. Join the Culver family as we did. You will not be disappointed. Request Austin in the business office. He will do a great job. Ask for Dairry Walker for sales. They are great to work with. Thanks J.C. to you and your team for a most memorable couple of days D.H. More
