Trading in my Duramax I received the flyer in the mail saying they were in desperate need of my used vehicle. I took it down there to get it appraised. Was extremely upset I received the flyer in the mail saying they were in desperate need of my used vehicle. I took it down there to get it appraised. Was extremely upset having to let my baby go, and the staff noticed. Ended up agreeing and signing a sheet saying I had 24 hrs to decide if I didn't want the car and wanted my truck back. I, as well as 2 other people signed it. Ended up signing for a 17 camaro. Got it home, and had all night to think about it. Mind you, my truck is my pride and joy. I enjoyed the car, but it's not practical for my family and I, and I missed my truck. I called Vic Sunday morning and told him I regretted it and I gotta bring it back. He said ok, and we'll see ya tomorrow. They are closed on sundays, so had to wait til Monday to take it back. They didn't haste me at all. They said they will destroy the paperwork and nothing will happen from here. I have my baby back, and an experience I will never forget. They were so nice and caring and understanding. I can't thank them enough for all their support. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride. They treat you like family. More

Excellent customer service builds trust. We just had our Challenger serviced at Parks. I left the Dealership feeling like I was their most important customer. I already had an appointmen We just had our Challenger serviced at Parks. I left the Dealership feeling like I was their most important customer. I already had an appointment scheduled to visit with Dairry Walker regarding the purchase of a second Challenger and Kelly in Service coordinated the service appointment so we would only have to make one trip. When we arrived Miss Emily was right there to meet us. She was very pleasant and attentive to our needs and our expectations both before and after the service was completed. I need to say, we purchased out first car from Parks in 2004. Since then moved more than 100 miles from Augusta, KS. I will continue to make the drive because of the trust and the service received from Parks. Dairry Walker has gone above and beyond what is required several times .helping me with purchasing a vehicle and with repairs. I would recommend Parks Motors to anyone that is in the market to purchase a car and for its continued care. When you have a Dealership that the owner values the customer and builds the trust that is needed, customers will continue to return. Even when they move over 100 miles away. Thanks to John Culver, Dairry Walker and the employees in the Service Department for the continued exceptional service. Both on the purchasing and the service side. More
Return customer This is my 4th used vehicle from Parks Dodge, Chrysler. I had a wheel bearing issue after having the truck for almost 2 months. I was a little worried This is my 4th used vehicle from Parks Dodge, Chrysler. I had a wheel bearing issue after having the truck for almost 2 months. I was a little worried that it might take a while to get it looked at and cost a lot of money. I contacted my salesman DEVIN and he took the time to get me in touch with the service department to get the truck looked at within a day. For a salesman to take the time away from his everyday sales to keep a current customer taken care of is priceless. Although I was not happy with the fact that the truck had locking lug nuts with no tool to remove them and after I bought the truck I mentioned this to the sales manager and the response I got was to go buy a new set and Parks will remove the old and put on the new one that I have to purchase. Not cool but that is minimal. More

Best experiance of all Why would I drive 4-1/2 hours passing up 4 dealerships on the way for this experience? Let me explain. Treated like family by down home people. Sec Why would I drive 4-1/2 hours passing up 4 dealerships on the way for this experience? Let me explain. Treated like family by down home people. Second purchase in seven months. Thought the first visit was wonderful but this was hands down the absolute best in my years of buying vehicles Been doing this for more years than I want to think about. The deal was unbelievable. The knowledge of their products was the best I have ever seen. The store was and lots were clean. Believe it or not even the service department. We were greeted upon arrival by many employees and I mean greeted not jumped upon from money hungry sales people. My wife wanted two demo three cars. The cars were brought to us in a timely manner and were clean. We were allowed to drive each one without a noisy sales rep listening in on our reviews each car. She chose the car and we visited with our sales person. He offered a deal and beyond my expectations it came in where I thought it should be. No four square games, no back and forth haggling and most of all NO DISREPECT. Treated like a king and queen. My wife does not like purchasing a car but she really enjoyed it. I do not know what else to relate about this except there are not enough adjectives. On a personal note to Dairry our sales rep), what a wonderful visit. Your knowledge of products was outstanding. You demo and walk through of the new Chrysler the best. You explained it all and satisfied our questions which were many. Jeremy (sales manager), thanks for creating a wonderful deal, the first time around. Austin (business rep), thanks again for such a short time on the paper work. In and out in a matter of few minutes. John Culver, don't know where you get such wonderful employees. Must pull rabbits out of your hat. Noticed the same faces from seven months ago, tells me no turnover. A lot of dealerships can learn from your family. Maybe you should be a motivational speaker for local dealers. Your way is the old way, a nice chat, cut a deal, shake hands, become friends and go home with a smile and money still left in the bank account. Dairry, thanks again for our conversations. People if you want to do business with a fine CHRISTIAN gentleman ask for Dairry. More

The body shop replaced the front end and painted as approved by the insurance company. It has been six months since the work was done and now the paint is chipping off. I returned the car for Parks to look at their work and I was told that was normal wear! These people are crooks! Do not allow them to touch your car. They cut corners and provide subpar quality. More
Poorest quality of service/warranty work & customer service. I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubb I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubbing/squeaking noise when the steering wheel was turned in either direction even upon backing. The car only had approx. 20,000 miles on it. I asked for them to check the power steering fluid level first to see if it was low or there was a leak. They checked it, called me to let me know they never heard the noise nor was there a leak. Shortly after that they called back a second time to advise me they found 2 leaks on the power steering line. They ordered anew rack & pinion and changed it out. Then called me to pick up my car that it was done, I said are you sure the noise is gone, they said yes. Drove out to pick up my car, as soon as I backed out of the parking spot the steering was making the same noise, customer advisor came out to take a look and turn the wheel, he said that is a normal noise when you turn the steering wheel?? Not a normal noise, why did it just start making the noise at 20,000 miles as opposed to 0 miles when it was brand new, and the noise just keeps getting louder & louder & more frequent??? They did not offer any other solutions so I left upset not taking the time to do a walk around on my car to check for any damage while it was in their hands. I got about 1 mile down the road and noticed something hanging down below the dash getting caught on my accelerator foot & pedal. I pulled over to park & see what it was, it was a long quick disconnect hanging from beneath the dash, not sure of what it went to, upon further investigation I did a walk around of my car and found they had backed into the rear bumper and put a deep scratch clear down to the primer approx. 6" long, then on the back right quarter panel they had also scratched the paint in 2 different places approx. 3" long above the wheel well, those scratches were also down to the primer. You could tell they were fresh scratches as the paint was still ruffled up on it and there was no dirt deposits in the scratches themselves. I immediately called Parks, they ask me if I could come right back so I did. I advised the tech of the 3 scratches that were not on the car when I brought it in and that you could tell that these were fresh scratches ( I hand detail my car once a week so I know where every ding & scratch is, there were not on there when I brought it in). I then told the tech that there was a wire dangling from underneath the dash that was not like that when I brought it in, and it is still making the same squeaking/rubbing noise it was before they replaced the rack & pinion so that was not the problem. The tech then had the mechanic that worked on the car come look under the dash, he said he did not know what the wire went to but he had disconnected it, then I looked in the backseat and he had thrown the plastic cover panel back there. Then he said oh, this disconnect goes to your lights, lucky for me it was not dark out yet. Then the tech said now we will have to repaint your car which nothing is ever like the factory paint anyway. After having the car over 2 wks it was ready for pick up. I will say the paint job on the rear bumper & rt rear quarter panel does look good. The point is not only did they not fix the problem I took it in for but they created more problems for me than I already had. When I called back to try to reschedule, they kept telling me to call back or would take my name and number and would never return my call. I really did not feel comfortable about taking it to them a 2nd time but since they were the ones who did the factory warranty I thought I should start there. I did have a face to face conversation with the owner John Parks about the complaint and every time I called back and ask to speak to a specific tech they were no longer there so that tells me there is a reason for their high turnover. Finally I got tired of waiting and went to a different dealership, the tech said the rack & pinion they replaced was not the problem, it was the steering shaft and column causing the squeaking rubbing noise. The 2nd dealership replaced the steering column as well as the shaft, no more squeaking rubbing noise and better yet, no new scratches or dents in my car. I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything. No respect for others property, poorly trained mechanics not to mention shoddy work. More
