Worst car purchase experience of my life If you rely on honesty and transparency this dealership is not the place to go. The Jeep I purchased from them started with no sticker on truck , which should have been the first red flag. The truck had no owners manual, no floor mats and did not have all that was promised . As I drove it home, discovered the truck did not have the 312 miles on it , but 3012!. I had to go back and have that changed , which they did but would not provide paperwork. They then called me and stated I had to come back because they screwed up my name on the paperwork. Which I did go back, but still did not provide me with paperwork. Then.... I called back and told them about no floor mats . They said come back and we will give you another set. So , within a week I have driven back to the dealership 3 times! I finally, after several requests over the last month, asked for my signed paperwork and finally received it. The reason they did not want me to have it , was their lies about extended service contract. They told me "everything " is covered except brakes and tires. After finally getting the paperwork, that is simply not the case. Finally, I discovered that a salesman commuted back and forth to OK thus the high mileage. And , I found an old invoice of what they paid for it from another dealership, which was thousands than what they had me pay for it. I AM A UPFRONT PERSON , WHO JUST WANTED TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. IF YOU ARE THE SAME DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . I CAN'T RECOMMEND WHERE TO GO BUT KNOW THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I HAVE FREE OIL CHANGES WITH THEM AND WON'T EVEN USE THEM AT THIS PLACE More
Trading in my Duramax I received the flyer in the mail saying they were in desperate need of my used vehicle. I took it down there to get it appraised. Was extremely upset having to let my baby go, and the staff noticed. Ended up agreeing and signing a sheet saying I had 24 hrs to decide if I didn't want the car and wanted my truck back. I, as well as 2 other people signed it. Ended up signing for a 17 camaro. Got it home, and had all night to think about it. Mind you, my truck is my pride and joy. I enjoyed the car, but it's not practical for my family and I, and I missed my truck. I called Vic Sunday morning and told him I regretted it and I gotta bring it back. He said ok, and we'll see ya tomorrow. They are closed on sundays, so had to wait til Monday to take it back. They didn't haste me at all. They said they will destroy the paperwork and nothing will happen from here. I have my baby back, and an experience I will never forget. They were so nice and caring and understanding. I can't thank them enough for all their support. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride. They treat you like family. More

Excellent customer service builds trust. We just had our Challenger serviced at Parks. I left the Dealership feeling like I was their most important customer. I already had an appointment scheduled to visit with Dairry Walker regarding the purchase of a second Challenger and Kelly in Service coordinated the service appointment so we would only have to make one trip. When we arrived Miss Emily was right there to meet us. She was very pleasant and attentive to our needs and our expectations both before and after the service was completed. I need to say, we purchased out first car from Parks in 2004. Since then moved more than 100 miles from Augusta, KS. I will continue to make the drive because of the trust and the service received from Parks. Dairry Walker has gone above and beyond what is required several times .helping me with purchasing a vehicle and with repairs. I would recommend Parks Motors to anyone that is in the market to purchase a car and for its continued care. When you have a Dealership that the owner values the customer and builds the trust that is needed, customers will continue to return. Even when they move over 100 miles away. Return customer This is my 4th used vehicle from Parks Dodge, Chrysler. I had a wheel bearing issue after having the truck for almost 2 months. I was a little worried that it might take a while to get it looked at and cost a lot of money. I contacted my salesman DEVIN and he took the time to get me in touch with the service department to get the truck looked at within a day. For a salesman to take the time away from his everyday sales to keep a current customer taken care of is priceless. Although I was not happy with the fact that the truck had locking lug nuts with no tool to remove them and after I bought the truck I mentioned this to the sales manager and the response I got was to go buy a new set and Parks will remove the old and put on the new one that I have to purchase. Not cool but that is minimal. More

Thought the first visit was wonderful but this was hands down the absolute best in my years of buying vehicles Been doing this for more years than I want to think about. The deal was unbelievable. The knowledge of their products was the best I have ever seen. The store was and lots were clean. Believe it or not even the service department. We were greeted upon arrival by many employees and I mean greeted not jumped upon from money hungry sales people. My wife wanted two demo three cars. The cars were brought to us in a timely manner and were clean. We were allowed to drive each one without a noisy sales rep listening in on our reviews each car. She chose the car and we visited with our sales person. He offered a deal and beyond my expectations it came in where I thought it should be. No four square games, no back and forth haggling and most of all NO DISREPECT. Treated like a king and queen. My wife does not like purchasing a car but she really enjoyed it. I do not know what else to relate about this except there are not enough adjectives. On a personal note to Dairry our sales rep), what a wonderful visit. Your knowledge of products was outstanding. You demo and walk through of the new Chrysler the best. You explained it all and satisfied our questions which were many. Jeremy (sales manager), thanks for creating a wonderful deal, the first time around. Austin (business rep), thanks again for such a short time on the paper work. In and out in a matter of few minutes. John Culver, don't know where you get such wonderful employees. Must pull rabbits out of your hat. Noticed the same faces from seven months ago, tells me no turnover. A lot of dealerships can learn from your family. Maybe you should be a motivational speaker for local dealers. Charged me 450 (no longer under warranty..shocker. 4 days later check engine light on again. Parks of Augusta again. 1 week to diagnose problem. Hole in turbo hose. 2 weeks later..still waiting on a hose to show up. Owned car 60 days. Car in shop 30 days of that. WORST PURCHASE & SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. FRIEND JUST HAD BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY AT WICHITA KIA. GO THERE! More

Poor quality paint job I was in a car accident a few month ago. My car was towed to Parks Motors for repair. The body shop replaced the front end and painted as approved by the insurance company. It has been six months since the work was done and now the paint is chipping off. I returned the car for Parks to look at their work and I was told that was normal wear! These people are crooks! Do not allow them to touch your car. They cut corners and provide subpar quality. More
