When I had a problem with the body shop not repairing my car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. A customer that has never had a problem is probably not a loyal custom car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. However, when a customer has a problem, you either lose them (by not handling it properly), or make them a loyal customer by giving them 110% satisfaction. I would recommend Park's becuase Dawn Kaps made sure that my problem was corrected promptly. More

I am very pleased with the service I get. Today I made an appointment and they took the car as soon as I arrived and the work was done in a reasonal time frame.
