Under the able leadership of Bob Weinstock, Service & Parts Director, with Dawn Caps as Service & Body Mgr, Bob Crawford as Parts Mgr and Nick Cherok as Business Mgr, present a most supportive group to very well take care of their customers, as if everyone was the sole owner of the Dealership. Larry Mills, Ass't Service Mgr and Joe Digler, Service Technician are at the top of their field and are exceptional assets to make it all work. I have had both my vehicles serviced at Parks for quite some time, and had a great experience working with Larry mills. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what work has to be done an some time, and had a great experience working with Larry mills. When I had a problem with the body shop not repairing my car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. A customer that has never had a problem is probably not a loyal custom car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. A customer that has never had a problem is probably not a loyal customer. However, when a customer has a problem, you either lose them (by not handling it properly), or make them a loyal customer by giving them 110% satisfaction. I would recommend Park's becuase Dawn Kaps made sure that my problem was corrected promptly. More
