Larry Mills was his usual stay on top of our service need which was somewhat complex. He is really an outstanding person to be handling these type of difficult situations. Larry Mills has been my service guy for several years. As always, he is very friendly and helped me resolve a major transmission problem with my van. My first letter was rec'd in March 2012 and the parts were not available until late July 2012. He kept me updated on the status of the recall with several phone calls to Ford. My transmission was giving me problems for almost 6 months and the recall repair DID resolve the problem. YEAH! He offered me a loaner car during the repair, which was greatly appreciated!! Larry!
