I went in for my regular oil change and I always like to bring my own oil. This time, however, I brought the wrong weight for it. It is always a pleasure going for service at Parks Lincoln (or at least as pleasurable as that type of situation can be). My service adviser, Larry Mills, is always extremely friendly, remembers my name and more important to me, remembers my car. He is very knowledgeable, and can and will discuss not only my current maintenance or service needs but projected future needs and the timing of the projected service as well. Since my schedule is very tight and I do not live or work near the dealership, he is willing to try to squeeze me in when he can and works with my staff when necessary to get my service scheduled. Larry Mills checked the problem with the back-up camera and found it defective.
