Shockingly bad experience with getting a simple scratch in my door repaired at the Parks collisions center. $850 for a scratch. They said it would be 3-4 days and it was over a week since the scratched my in my door repaired at the Parks collisions center. $850 for a scratch. They said it would be 3-4 days and it was over a week since the scratched my car in a different spot. They also did not protect my car as it entered the “paint chamber” leaving my car with an extremely strong chemical stench that has still not gone away days later. My new car smell will never come back. The staff acted more irritated for their own inconvenience than they were concerned with mine. More

Dominic, my service advisor, is always on top of my service schedule and needs. He provides excellent service and always goes over the service, in detail when completed. I like that he will let me kno service schedule and needs. He provides excellent service and always goes over the service, in detail when completed. I like that he will let me know tires are good, or an upcoming service recommendation, that can be costly. Dominic knows me and ensures that he takes care of my service needs. He is very informative He is a true professional, attentive, respectful and courteous. The entire service department is great, the facility always clean and amenities always stocked. Nice to not have any surprises with costs and to know upfront, beforehand, the guesstimate for next service. Great place, great people, from appointment making to checking in vehicle to detailed information and upcoming services to cleaning vehicle. More
