Larry Mills has been my service guy for several years. As always, he is very friendly and helped me resolve a major transmission problem with my van. My first letter was rec'd in March 2012 and the parts were not available until late July 2012. He kept me updated on the status of the recall with several phone calls to Ford. My transmission was giving me problems for almost 6 months and the recall repair DID resolve the problem. YEAH! He offered me a loaner car during the repair, which was greatly appreciated!! Larry! Not only was Larry personable, helpful, and knowledgeable but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Larry went over and beyond what I would consider his job description. My tire blew on my way to work one morning and Larry sent someone out to put the spare on so I could drive it into the shop. They were not able to get a matching tire until the next day. Larry had me meet him at the shop at 7am so he could drive me to work and fix my car while I was working. I was picked up from work at 3:30 and my car was fixed!!
