My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service we received earlier this month for our 2010 Town Car. My previous experiences the salesmen know little to nothing about the cars except for what was written on the specs. It was refreshing to have someone who could explain each feature and demonstrate what I needed to know with belittling me in the process. The whole team was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful.
